Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients typically receive rights to use deliverables created specifically for them as defined in the project agreement. If ownership or licensing terms differ for a project, those terms in the signed agreement will prevail.
Portfolio and promotional use
Unless a client opts out in writing, LCM may display completed work, campaign screenshots, logos or general project descriptions in our portfolio, website, proposals or marketing materials. We aim to present work professionally and without sharing confidential business data. Clients may request opt-out by emailing support@leadscraftmarketing.com.
Third-party platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp Business API providers, email/SMS gateways, hosting companies and CRM tools. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. LCM is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions or actions taken by third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leads Craft Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law
