Services we offer to clients
LCM provides communication-related marketing services to clients, including WhatsApp marketing, SMS marketing, email marketing and IVR call solutions. When we run campaigns on behalf of clients, those campaigns are governed by separate agreements and must comply with applicable laws, platform rules and opt-in requirements.
This policy covers how LCM contacts you about LCM's own services, not campaigns we manage for other businesses.
Permission-based practices
We aim to use permission-based and relevant communication. We contact people who have expressed interest in our services, requested a consultation, or are existing or prospective clients with a reasonable business relationship. We try to respect your preferred contact method when you indicate one on our forms.

Third-party messaging platforms
Communication through WhatsApp, SMS gateways, email providers and telephony services is subject to those platforms' terms and technical limits. LCM is not responsible for delivery failures caused by network issues, DND registries, spam filters or account restrictions outside our control.
